Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed surveillance for various claims including worker’s compensation and auto liability.
• Perform activity checks and background investigations as needed.
• Gather statements and carry out scene inspections in a thorough manner.
• Compile comprehensive reports of findings to support claims investigations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality and accuracy of investigative processes.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of two years of surveillance experience.
• Proficient in SIU-related functions, including statement collection and scene inspections.
• Strong report writing and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to execute stationary and mobile surveillance across diverse environments, including high-crime areas.
• Comfort with pretext investigations.
• An active Private Investigator License in Minnesota is mandatory.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in surveillance is essential.
• Proven experience in functions related to Special Investigations Units (SIU) is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to investigations are required.
