Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough surveillance on claims related to worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and disability
- Execute activity checks and background investigations as needed
- Gather statements from involved parties and perform scene inspections
- Maintain comprehensive reports detailing surveillance activities
- A minimum of two years of surveillance experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for report writing
- Capability to perform both stationary and mobile surveillance across diverse environments
- Proficiency in conducting pretext investigations
- An active Private Investigator license in Massachusetts is required
- Experience with Special Investigations Unit (SIU) functions, such as taking statements, is preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary; relevant certifications in investigative practices are an advantage
