With over 23 years of experience serving the insurance, government, and legal sectors, we specialize in conducting surveillance, activity verifications, and background investigations across various claims, including worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and both long and short-term disability claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute surveillance tasks related to worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and disability claims.
• Perform activity checks and comprehensive background investigations.
• Document investigative findings in detailed reports.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to gather essential information.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity throughout all investigative processes.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of two years of surveillance experience.
• Familiarity with SIU-related functions, including taking witness statements and conducting scene inspections.
• Superior report writing and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in performing both stationary and mobile surveillance in diverse environments, including high-crime areas.
• Comfort with pretext investigations.
• Possession of an active Private Investigator License in Ohio.
