- Execute surveillance operations on various claim types
- Conduct background checks and activity assessments
- Document findings and observations in detailed reports
- Collaborate with fellow investigators to ensure comprehensive investigative processes
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards during investigations
- Minimum of two years of surveillance experience
- Familiarity with Special Investigative Unit (SIU) functions, including taking statements and conducting scene inspections
- Proficient report writing and verbal communication abilities
- Capable of performing both stationary and mobile surveillance in diverse environments, including high-crime areas
- Comfort with pretext investigations
- An active Private Investigator License in Illinois is mandatory
- Licensed Private Investigator in Illinois
- Demonstrated experience in surveillance and investigative tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication capabilities
