- Execute surveillance activities for worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and both long- and short-term disability claims.
- Conduct thorough activity checks and background investigations.
- Gather and document statements, alongside performing scene inspections when necessary.
- Compile detailed reports outlining surveillance findings.
- Uphold a professional demeanor while engaging in investigative functions.
- A minimum of two years of experience in surveillance operations.
- Familiarity with Special Investigation Unit (SIU) functions, including statement collection and scene evaluations.
- Exceptional report writing capabilities.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in conducting both stationary and mobile surveillance in diverse environments, including high-risk areas.
- Comfort with pretext investigations.
- Must hold an active Private Investigator License in Illinois.
- At least two years of pertinent surveillance experience is essential.
- Proven track record in SIU-related tasks is preferred.
