Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Private Investigator in the Monterey area, licensed in California, to engage in critical surveillance activities pertaining to worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and both long and short-term disability claims. Compensation begins at $40 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough surveillance for various claims types including worker’s compensation and auto liability.
• Perform background investigations and activity checks to gather pertinent information.
• Document findings meticulously in detailed reports to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members throughout the investigative process.
• Adapt to a range of surveillance environments, including areas with a high crime rate.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of two years of hands-on surveillance experience.
• Proficiency in performing SIU-related functions, such as taking statements and conducting scene inspections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate findings effectively.
• Ability to execute both stationary and mobile surveillance in diverse settings.
• Comfort with pretext investigations and navigating challenging environments.
• Valid Private Investigator License in California is required.
