Key Responsibilities
- Execute surveillance operations on assigned claims
- Conduct activity checks and thorough background investigations
- Gather statements and perform scene inspections as required
- Document findings through detailed report writing
- A minimum of two years of surveillance experience
- Familiarity with SIU-related tasks, including taking statements and conducting scene inspections
- Proficient in report writing and verbal communication
- Capability to perform both stationary and mobile surveillance across diverse environments
- Comfort with utilizing pretext investigations as part of the investigative process
- An active Private Investigator License in Massachusetts is mandatory
- Strong observational and analytical abilities
- Proven capacity to work independently and make critical decisions in real-time environments
