What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 5 years of recent, full-time metal fabrication experience in a shop setting
✅ Proven ability to lead a small team and complete projects efficiently
✅ Expertise in stairs, rails, and custom ironwork fabrication
✅ Strong skills in reading blueprints and laying out fabrication projects
✅ High attention to quality, precision, and craftsmanship
