Job Summary :
This dispatcher role is pivotal in coordinating daily business activities, scheduling, and administrative tasks. The ideal dispatcher candidate will ensure efficient workflow, excellent customer service, and optimal service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate dispatch and schedule the workload for field teams and field crews, ensuring timely deployment and task completion.
- Dispatch teams and crews to locations, monitor job progress, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain and update field service software by entering data records, updating service agreements, purchase orders, and reviewing work orders.
- Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence and maintaining supplies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Process maintenance requests and work orders through email and phone calls for multiple.
- Benchmark vendor rates to ensure we have access to the best rates.
- Coordinate, manage and oversee repair and maintenance work assignments performed by field contractors covering multiple trades.
Requirements :
TIG is Restaurant Management and Development Company based in Philadelphia market with operating restaurants in NJ, PA, DE, NY, and FL. Assembled a high impact Executive Team lead by with over 50 years of combined experience in national Franchise Business Development and Growth. Diversified portfolio of concepts under their Management – Qdoba, Greene Turtle, and Checkers with very strong veteran leaders executing on TIG vision and brand requirements. Development agreements in place to build at least 15 more units in next 5 years.
