Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area.
- Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or condiments, and providing any additional support as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including sweeping and mopping floors as necessary.
- Set up and break down tables for special events or catering services.
- Ensure that all utensils, glassware, and dishes are properly cleaned and organized in the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain high standards of hygiene.
Skills
