We are looking to hire Business Analyst - Credit / Consumer Lending Operations who will work closely with stakeholders in the credit and lending sectors to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and devise solutions that enhance operations. You will play a critical role in analyzing operational data and supporting the implementation of initiatives that drive operational excellence within the consumer lending domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with teams across departments to streamline requirements for various remediation processes, displaying a strong ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadline
- Key Liaison Role : Act as the primary intermediary between technical and remediation teams, translating complex technical insights to ensure alignment and clear communication across teams.
- Credit Card Operations Knowledge : Possess deep familiarity with credit card operations, particularly in dispute processing, customer communication, and remediation procedures.
- Proactive Confluence and JIRA Management : Maintain and regularly update Confluence and JIRA with essential project details, ensuring information is current and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Organized and Effective Project Management : Show strong organizational skills in prioritizing, scheduling, and tracking project tasks to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
- Technical Insight : Understand and interpret technical data, translating these insights into actionable strategies that drive project success. Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, SQl, Excel, Word.
