RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Owner for Analytics Products including but not limited to Product Management - Technology evaluation & business case preparation/pitch budgeting, Product Strategy and Roadmap, GTM, Data platforms, Data Science Solutions, and Leadership reporting
- Consulting, Commercial Excellence & strategy, Sales Force Effectiveness
- Digital Transformation initiatives across the organization
- Digital/Omni-channel customer Analytics enterprise-level scalable solutions
- Identify & influence business/marketing objectives with scalable, innovative digital solutions across multiple brands/therapies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using data-driven approaches.
- Obtain, refine & analyze brand & market data from solution providers like IQVIA, Komodo, etc. support business teams in data-driven decision-making. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the competitive environment, customer market trends, and consumer insights.
- Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions to support commercial business objectives, including data curation, data analysis and manipulation, database modeling, visualization, and deployment
- 16-20 years of professional work experience with at least 10 years in data analytics
- Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client’s team to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approach
- Deep hands-on expertise in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Datawarehouse Fundamentals.
- Extensive hands-on experience in SQL, data manipulation, Business Intelligence tooling, and ETL pipeline development.
- Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
- Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python & visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
- Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS, and Hive is a plus
- Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processes
- Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience
