Responsibilities
Requirement gathering
- Drive discussions with business and internal stakeholders to understand client requirements
- Co-own and lead the planning, development, documentation, and day-to-day management of Data Science and AI solutions products prioritizing client's objectives and business goals
- Responsible for managing the account and building client relationships to ensure account growth
- Identifying the right opportunities for Tiger, and playing a key role to see them to completion
- Ability to collaborate with Technical SMEs such as Data Scientists, Data Engineers and ML Engineers from Tiger
- Based on client requirements, detail out the scope of work and devise high-level task breakdown and timelines
- 10-15 years of professional work experience in data science and leading multiple projects and client stakeholders
- Experience in analytics consulting is a must
- At least 5-7 years of experience in the Healthcare Payer/Health Insurance space
- Identify and implement improvements to analytics workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure all analytical activities adhere to guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client's team to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approaches
- A solid understanding of statistical and machine-learning algorithms is a plus
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python; & visualization tools like Tableau & Power BI
