Job Details:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
