As a Food Service Director with Tiger Correctional Services, you will be responsible for overseeing food service operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Some of your key responsibilities will include preparing meals in accordance with established recipes and menus, maintaining sanitary and safe conditions, and conducting daily inventory and tracking logs. You will also assign and oversee the work of facility-provided labor, perform quality checks as required, and establish a professional work relationship with company employees, jail administration, and facility-provided labor while upholding our company values.
