Work schedule: M-F, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Weekends as needed
Responsibilities:
General warehouse responsibilities that can include but are not limited to:
Ship and receive product in a timely efficient manner
Prepare re-pack request orders and weigh products
Receive incoming transfers and process outgoing transfers
Stock inventory and process incoming paperwork
Organize necessary paperwork for freight carriers to pick up outgoing shipments
Pull daily orders from Customer Service Department and organize and prepare for shipping
Print shipping labels for customer service orders, UPS and individual outgoing boxes
Pull inventory, shrink wrap product and prepare pallet orders for shipping
Operate warehouse forklift and shrink wrap machine.
Use internal software programs to update incoming and outgoing products
Clean warehouse and affiliated areas
Performs other related duties as assigned
Quality & Safety Practices
Report discrepancies, abnormalities and problems to the Warehouse Supervisor
Other / additional responsibilities

Regular, predictable, on-site attendance is an essential function of the job

Follow the requirements for ISO 14001 and 9001 systems
Working conditions:
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, M-F (Saturdays as needed and on a voluntary basis)
- Standing for periods of up to 8 hours
- Repetitive lifting of up to 55 lbs.
- Exposure to dust, powder coating paint, and noise
- Wearing of a face mask for up to 8 hours (voluntary)
Operating of forklift, counterbalance, and reach truck
Qualifications:
- General warehouse experience
- Materials handling
- Forklift operator experience preferred
- Ability to work well in a team in a respectful and collaborative manner
- Ability to load and unload items
- Experience with heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of distribution center operations
- Reach truck experience is a plus
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, experience using SAP a plus
- Previous experience as a warehouse associate/operator
- Ability to operate order picker, cherry picker, and clamp truck
- Skills in equipment repair
- OSHA certification is preferred
- Proficiency in lift truck operation
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Strong basic math skills
- Experience with pallet jack and Hi-Lo machines
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Experience in shipping and receiving processes
- Proficient in order picking techniques
Job Type: Full-time
