Client Service/Business Development Associate – Full-time
Join our successful business development team at Connecticut’s premier Building Inspection Company, a family business for 33 years. Our highly diversified services include Residential Inspections, Environmental Services, Homeowner Services, and Commercial Assessments. We are looking to add an experienced Client Service Professional, one who will professionally represent Tiger with a focus on exceptional client service, increasing brand awareness, and company growth. The responsibilities include relationship management, marketing, client service, and administrative support. The position consists of office hours in Essex, CT as well as attending events and other networking opportunities statewide.
Responsibilities include:
Identifying and nurturing strategic alliance business relationships within the Real Estate community
Representing Tiger at networking and industry events and local businesses
Generating social media content that creates engagement with our target audience
Serving clients and scheduling appointments by answering calls, emails, and online chat.
Provide administrative support to other Tiger departments
Potential for growth into Environmental Team coverage and certification for Radon and Well Water Testing.
Skills and Qualifications:
2-4 years of business development and/or customer service experience
Positive, organized, and self-motivated individual
Experience in social media marketing and content creation for business
Confident in public speaking and strong presentation skills
Enjoys networking and making connections for business growth
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Docs/Drive, and social media platforms
Professional demeanor with the ability to listen, communicate, and educate
Residential Real Estate knowledge is beneficial but not required
Primarily traditional work hours, with occasional evening or Saturday hours
Employee must have valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel
