What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative position at Tiger Home Services?
As a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative, you will arrive each day ready to ensure our customers are being heard and receiving the best service possible. You work hard to address all caller needs and ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer satisfaction. Your warmth and professionalism come through over the phone. The good rapport you build with customers is one of the many reasons they like doing business with us.
Schedule: 11:30am-8pm-5 days a week with rotating weekends.
Pay range: $18.00- $22.00 hourly bonus and incentives
Key Responsibilities:
1. Professionally answer incoming customer calls, addressing customer questions, and providing service information using exceptional phone skills in a fast-paced and friendly environment.
2. Schedule service calls and maintenance appointments with a focus on attention to detail through inbound or outbound call methods.
3. Empathize & understand customer’s urgent HVAC, plumbing, and/or electric problems.
4. Follow company provided scripting to ensure a consistent experience for our customers.
5. Cross-promote various trade services to customers.
6. Provide prompt, convenient service while maximizing field technicians’ time and mileage.
7. Dispatch service calls to technicians, interacting and supporting them to address their needs in the field.
8. Communicate effectively with co-workers, managers, and customers.
9. Sell and renew memberships to customers using strong listening and sales skills.
10. Keep the service management system updated with complete and accurate notes and statuses.
Required Qualifications:
· 1 years of inbound/outbound call center, customer service, sales, or dispatching experience
· Proficient and skilled use of Microsoft Office Suite
· Proficient at capturing and inputting accurate information within company systems
· Must be able to pass drug test and background check
· Previous experience coordinating schedules or preforming dispatch duties is a plus
· Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical services, or construction is a plus
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to sit at a desk within an office environment for long periods of time
