Tiger Mechanical in Phoenix/East Valley area is hiring an experienced appliance professional to join our team as a full-time High-End Appliance Repair Technician. We need a talented person who specializes in high-end equipment for many major brands

THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS POSITION
THE SCHEDULE:
You work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
YOUR ROLE:
Our High-End Appliance Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing equipment, completing quality repair and maintenance services, and engaging with customers. You troubleshoot issues and thoroughly communicate the service recommendations to the client, making sure they fully understand the job before approving the work. Accuracy is crucial as you create cost estimates, collect payments, and order parts and materials. You're committed to completing quality work and providing great customer service.
Most parts are shipped directly to our customers or your home so there isn't a need to come to the office each day as part returns are done the same days as delivery days.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of verifiable high-end appliance repair experience
- Must perform sealed system repairs
- Experience with ice machines a plus
- Ability to lift approximately 100 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
The more experience, the better, with 5 years being preferred.
