Personal Assistant to Tech Entrepreneur
Full Time, Permanent
Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Hours: 11am-7.30pm
$80k-$100k
My client, a busy Fin-tech executive, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide support in managing household operations and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of responsibilities efficiently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist with various small tasks around the residence.
- Perform short errands in the Williamsburg area.
- Coordinate household staff and liaise with building management to ensure smooth daily operations, particularly during an upcoming remodeling project.
- Manage personal financial matters, including bill payments and household finances.
- Assist with planning and executing special events at the residence.
WHO YOU ARE
- Must reside in or near Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably supporting an entrepreneur
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to execute tasks independently
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude towards all tasks, no matter the size.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
