Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage reservations for dining, transportation, and activities.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized front desk area and manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist in resolving any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about local events and attractions to provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
• Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is a plus.
• A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding guest services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 28 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Ability to Relocate:
