Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries to be posted to the general ledger
- Performing account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts
- Participate in year-end financial audits by providing workpaper documentation
- Maintaining general ledger charts of accounts
- Assisting with various internal and external financial reporting requirements
- Posting monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals
- Performing variance analysis on both the Balance Sheet and Income Statement
- Various ad-hoc reports as needed
Requirements:
- BS or advance degree in Accounting required
- 1-2 years of experience -public accounting experience a plus
- CPA desirable but not preferred
- Current experience in asset management or related financial services experience a plus
- Hands-on attitude / someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and not be tied to a job description
Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
