As a Tiger Tracks Account Manager, you will utilize your relationship-building skills to deliver exceptional service and communication to clients, focusing on digital marketing performance and holistic growth strategies. You will anticipate decision-making processes, uncover client business needs and leverage your expert digital marketing knowledge to drive business growth through strategic campaigns and funnels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of top Tiger Tracks clients (5-8 accounts), owning client relationships, overseeing account performance, and achieving internal and external growth goals.
- Conduct budget pitches and provide informed recommendations based on thorough analysis of client goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed effectively.
- Oversee campaign management, including optimization strategies, bid strategies changes, bid adjustments, and budget allocations to ensure optimal performance.
- Proactively communicate with clients through email, calls, and meetings to ensure outstanding service delivery, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates on campaign performance and strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate regular client meetings, presenting performance updates, strategic recommendations, and discussing future plans.
- Send weekly performance updates to clients, offering insight and actionable recommendations
- Update and maintain internal documents and processes with accurate information
- Serve as an industry thought leader, building credibility with executives as a trusted consultant to optimize their advertising investment, identify growth opportunities for growth, manage risks, and develop sustainable growth plans.
Qualifications
- 2.5 to 5 years of hands-on experience in paid media within a high-growth advertising or media agency, preferable in a small to midsize agency
- Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads with a strong understanding of bidding and goal strategies
- Hands-on experience with Paid Search & Paid Social; familiarity with other digital channels is a plus
- Proven success in a client-facing role, effectively engaging with stakeholders at various levels including Co-Founders, CMOs, and Management.
- Ability to articulate strategies and tactics clearly and concisely, aligning them with client objectives
- Track-record of thriving in fast-paced environments, delivering against ambitious targets, and managing multiple accounts with diverse business models and industries
- Bachelor's Degree [required]
