Position Overview
As a Paid Media Account Manager, you’ll use your expertise in Google and/or Meta Ads to deliver exceptional results in fast-paced environments. In this remote, client-facing role, you’ll own digital campaigns end-to-end, drive measurable results, and foster trusted client relationships. With a performance-based bonus structure, there’s potential to earn 30% above your base salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage 4-8 high-stakes accounts, taking full ownership of client relationships, campaign performance, and growth targets.
- Use Google and/or Meta Ads expertise to refine strategies, budgets, and ROI.
- Lead client calls, present insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Proactively provide long-term growth strategies and trusted advisory to clients.
- Act as an industry thought leader, guiding clients in optimizing advertising investments and designing long-term growth strategies.
Qualifications
- 3 years in paid media, ideally in high-growth agencies.
- Proven expertise in Google and/or Meta Ads with measurable success.
- Confident in engaging executive stakeholders and managing fast-paced accounts.
- Experience managing diverse accounts, especially in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Salary Range
The range for this role is $75,000 - $130,000 per year, with the opportunity to earn up to 30% of the base salary through performance-based bonuses. This range takes into account a variety of factors in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials.
