What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaping Crew Leader position at TigerTree, Inc.?
TigerTree is looking for a Landscaping Crew Leader. This position requires a bright attitude and strong work ethic and preferably landscaping installation experience.
This position will:
- plant trees, perennials, and shrubs
- sprinkler installations
- drive trucks and tow trailers
- demolition work
- install hardscapes, patio, fences, decorative rocks, etc..
- navigate our online customer database software.
- be an excellent communicator between clients, crews, and the entire organization.
- problem solve some mechanical issues that arise in the field
- show initiative to finish the job on-time, with a high degree of professionalism
It is a 7am-5pm work schedule Monday-Thursday. Pay is dependent on experience ranging from $20-$25 an hour. This position is anticipated to run through late October/early November.
