Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Provides analytical prowess to entire organization as risk arises. Primary areas of focus are: Purchasing, Master Scheduling, Gants, MPS, Layup Forecast, Epicor Knowledge, Tooling Inventory, and all Production Control and Logistics functions.
- Responsible for managing inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory counts, and ordering supplies as needed. They track inventory turnover, identify slow-moving or obsolete items, and take appropriate actions to optimize inventory levels.
- Implements inventory control procedures, including organizing storage areas, labeling items, and ensuring proper rotation of stock. They conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies, perform adjustments, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintains detailed records and documentation related to inventory control, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents. They update inventory databases and produce reports as required.
- Provide accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate project status, key metrics, and performance indicators to management and stakeholders.
- Regularly update and the master schedule by incorporating changes, updates, and adjustments as necessary.
- Monitor project progress and identify any deviations from the schedule, taking proactive measures to address delays or other issues.
- Collaborate with procurement and resource management teams to ensure alignment between the schedule and resource allocation.
- Identifies and implements process improvements to streamline supply chain operations. Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
· Able to efficiently track and follow up on open purchase orders with suppliers to support the organization needs.
· Maintaining and procuring all materials and hardware to support production as listed on the “Generated Suggestion” program in Epicor for all immediate requirements and as forecast scheduled for the next three months.
· Flow down accurate engineering requirements and material specifications including current revisions and quality requirements from the purchase order.

· This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required
· Trained in all Production Control & Logistics functions
· Purchasing, Master Scheduling, and Inventory Control
· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
· Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, handles changes, sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure, meets attendance/punctuality requirements.
· Should have knowledge of Epicor software.
Education and/or Experience
· Must be trained in all production control and logistics functions.
· Must be a Level 1 in Layup
· 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
