Duties
- Lead and manage kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high culinary standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop innovative menus that cater to customer preferences.
- Supervise inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food safety practices.
- Assist with bartending duties as needed, including crafting beverages and managing bar inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Chef or similar role within a restaurant or food service environment.
