Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed upon arrival.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Assist guests with inquiries about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless dining experience for all guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest services.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine desire to help others and create positive experiences for guests is essential.
