Summary:
- The Field and Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of the construction team, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Their primary role is to ensure that services are delivered safely, with high quality, on time, and in line with or exceeding industry standards. The Manager is also tasked with managing staffing needs and optimizing processes to enhance operational effectiveness. Additionally, they uphold and safeguard the company's purpose, culture, mission, and values.

Experience:
- Construction: 5 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- California Driver License (Required)
- OSHA 10 (Required)
- OSHA 30 (Must be completed within 3 months of hire)
- OSHA 510 (Must be completed within 3 months of hire)
- OSHA 500 (Must be completed within 6 months of hire)
