A Bit About You
You’re excited about ensuring software quality and reliability. You take pride in breaking things during testing so that customers don’t encounter those issues. You can write and execute detailed test plans, perform thorough regression testing, and contribute to automation to make testing faster and more reliable.
You’ll work closely with engineers, support technicians, and customers to understand the software and how it’s used. Your contributions will be instrumental in helping us build and maintain world-class software.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for new features.
- Perform regression testing to ensure updates don’t break existing functionality.
- Identify, report, and verify bugs using a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with developers and support staff to understand product requirements.
- Write light scripts to automate testing processes (e.g., API testing, UI flows).

- Have automated tests using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Have experience testing APIs, multimedia, or web video.
- Have a strong background in UX or accessibility testing.
For This Position
- Starting Salary: $69,000 - $80,000 USD (negotiable based on experience and skills).
- Remote-friendly (team is based out of Minneapolis, MN, with an optional downtown office).
- Full-time
- Exempt job status (FLSA Computer Employee Exemption)
