Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for TightSeal Exteriors & Baths.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality photo and video content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Campaign Management: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including paid social ads, Google Ads, influencer partnerships, and email marketing initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and provide insights to optimize performance and ROI.
- Community Management: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, handling inquiries, and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, creative, and product teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent and supports overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: , preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Photography & Videography Skills: Skilled in capturing and editing video/photo content, with experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, or Photoshop.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights), and online advertising channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Creativity & Innovation: A keen eye for emerging social media trends and creative content ideas that align with our brand.
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring content and messaging to different audiences and platforms.
