You will become the cornerstone of quality assurance at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site, managing a team and leading initiatives that highlight product integrity:
- Conduct regular hourly audits and verify initial production quality.
- Adhere to comprehensive quality system policies and communicate discrepancies immediately.
- Expertly read and interpret complex blueprints and geometric details according to industry norms.
- Advance our team’s skills by providing essential quality training.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to tackle customer quality concerns.
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects and quality-related problem-solving with manufacturing staff.
Who We're Looking For
