Responsible for managing daily shipping reports, processing invoices, assisting with import processes, facilitating communication between departments, and maintaining inventory accuracy through effective communication and utilization of SAP and Excel.
This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including external warehouses, freight forwarders, and internal finance teams
- Daily Shipping Plan Reports :
- Generate and analyze reports for the external warehouses' daily shipping plans using SAP and Excel.
- Process necessary reports in SAP to verify open and aging orders.
- Communicate with warehouses via email to inform them of the open orders of the day.
- Invoicing and Order Management :
- Manage open orders and the invoicing process for shipped orders from external warehouses.
- Resolve and align any constraints blocking an order from being invoiced through effective communication with external warehouses.
- Samples Management (Tigre USA to Tigre Brazil) :
- Manage documents and processes related to samples sent from Tigre USA to Tigre Brazil using SAP.
- Serve as a communication bridge between Tigre Brazil's and Tigre USA's departments to avoid issues and ensure timely processing.
- Create necessary documents such as Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Import Assistance :
- Maintain and organize the Import Process Spreadsheet for import control using Excel.
- Verify freight forwarders and import duties invoices, comparing quotes with actual charges.
- Communicate with the finance team regarding any invoice discrepancies.
- Stock Transfers and Inventory Adjustments :
- Oversee the systemic receiving of stock transfers at external warehouses using Migo.
- Manage inventory adjustments when discrepancies occur, ensuring alignment through SAP and communication with relevant areas at Tigre and external warehouses.
- Inventory Management :
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular communication with external warehouses.
- Align and define necessary inventory adjustments in collaboration with external warehouses when needed.
