We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, inventory management, and production planning to optimize business performance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong collaboration and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly S&OP process, ensuring seamless integration of demand and supply planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, to develop accurate demand forecasts.
- Analyze sales trends, historical data, and market insights to drive accurate demand planning.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to balance supply and demand.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide key performance metrics and reports to stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Continuously improve S&OP processes to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
- Utilize ERP and planning tools to support forecasting and scenario analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Experience with S&OP software or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and drive process improvements.
