The Market Research Analyst is responsible for assisting in the execution of custom sponsorship measurement solutions for clients. This role is a steward of Tigris’ Sponsorship Performance Measurement (SPM) model that includes primary market research, impressions analyses, integration of client business intelligence data, and other sponsorship effectiveness metrics.
The goal of this position is to leverage measurement tools and resources to uncover insights that drive successful sponsorships for agency clients and position Tigris as a thought leader in sponsorship measurement. This role requires the ability to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the tools and data to internal and external stakeholders, as well as a desire to discover new ways to find, use, and extrapolate data to tell that story. This role reports to the Sr. Client Insights Manager.
Market Research
- Support methodology and timing selection
- Coordinate data collection targeting and timing with Client Services account teams and/or appropriate third parties (property, client, etc.)
- Initiate survey design and questionnaire development
- Program and quality check online surveys
- Manage data collection during fielding including sample management (if applicable)
- Export and clean data after fielding
- Data entry, design, and supply strategic insight for report deliverables
Data Collection
- Assist in gathering and inputting impressions and business intelligence data based on a client’s various sponsorship activation exposure
- Work with Client Services account teams to collect cost and revenue information
Consumer Behavior Insights
- Utilize syndicated research platforms (i.e., YouGov) to pull and analyze secondary research data for client deliverables as directed
Data Visualization & Deliverable Automation
- Improve data visualization across report deliverables
Modeling
- Support SPM model updates across both spreadsheet and dashboard deliverables
Internal Support
- Maintain internal market research calendar
- Maintain and create timelines for SPM deliverables
- Track project timelines using agency project management tool
- Update training materials as processes or tools evolve
- Perform general administrative duties from time to time (i.e., printing deliverables)
- Provide hours tracking for internal and external workload management using WRIKE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Helpful but not required: experience with Qualitrics, Meltwater, YouGov, Zoomph, Panel Survey Platforms
Compensation Benefits
- Salary commensurate with experience, range begins @ $55k
