Position Summary: Tigua Technology Services is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager (PM) to support operational and business development activities under the Joint Intermediate Force Capabilities Office (JIFCO) contract. The PM will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of assigned projects, ensuring the timely execution of deliverables and serving as the central point of contact with the government. This role will require strong leadership skills, the ability to adapt to emerging requirements, and experience managing multi-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison, coordinating with sponsor representatives at multiple levels.
- Oversee and manage all facility-related tasks at one primary location while providing support to other potential locations.
- Adapt to emerging requirements and prioritize to meet customer goals.
- Manage task orders in various functional areas, including Administrative, Technology R&D, Engineering, Test and Evaluation, Experimentation, Demonstrations, and more.
- Facilitate communication between the customer, company leadership, and external vendors.
- Assist with market research, limited source justification, and document preparation.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the JIFCO contract, representing company values and being a mentor to the team.
- Develop and implement action plans for growth and successful execution of the contract.
- Manage the contract budget in coordination with the Corporate Staff.
- Set objectives, communicate expectations clearly, and provide recognition for team performance.
- Build and maintain a high-performance team, ensuring proper training and orientation for all team members.
- Provide supervisory feedback and ensure timely and quality work is delivered to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and provide regular reports on contract operations as directed within each task order and in accordance with the required deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in an applicable field with 10 years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to summarize results and draw conclusions based on data interpretation.
- Familiarity with Joint Intermediate Force Capabilities Office.
- Familiarity with Marine Corps Base Quantico.
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of basic economic and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in office administrative procedures.
- Experience managing a multi-million-dollar budget.
- Prior experience managing multiple direct reports in geographically separated locations.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the year.
Preferred Skills and Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Familiarity with Marine Corps departments, including CD&I (Capability Development and Integration), MARCORSYSCOM (Marine Corps Systems Command), and related program offices.
- Strong problem diagnosis, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Marine Corps-specific project management systems or contracting processes.
Salary Range: $180-$200k
