Position Summary : Tigua Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Scheduler to support project planning and execution by developing and maintaining schedules, tracking project progress, and ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones. This position is specifically for the Santa Teresa Port of Entry Project and is contingent upon contract award.
The Project Scheduler will collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and subcontractors to develop, coordinate, and optimize project timelines while ensuring adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to effectively manage scheduling complexities to support overall project success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Track and monitor project progress, identifying potential schedule risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Analyze and adjust schedules based on resource availability, contractual changes, and project scope modifications.
- Generate reports and provide updates to stakeholders, leadership, and government agencies on project status.
- Ensure compliance with government contract requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in project budget and cost tracking related to scheduling impact.
- Participate in risk assessments and provide recommendations to improve project efficiency.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned .

Location : Santa Teresa Port of Entry
Travel : 10% as needed
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
If this position is listed as onsite, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
