Join our team! Successful and leading title insurance agency seeks a highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Typist with a positive attitude to be a part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for typing company documents and material, including reports, correspondence and policies. Attention to detail, great communication skills (verbal & written) great organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities :
- Proficient in data entry / typing skills.
- Detail and quality oriented.
- Type at least 50 WPM
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work closely with departments to meet the requirements to be included in the title commitment and policies.
- Maintain proper record keeping practices to keep documentation organized.

Benefits :
The annual base salary for this position is $65,000.
General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of TIH Insurance : All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of TIH Insurance offering the position. TIH offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan to teammates. Teammates also receive no less than 10 days of vacation (prorated based on date of hire and by full-time or part-time status) during their first year of employment, along with 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays.
