Team Intro
The US TikTok User & Business Operations organization is looking for a highly motivated, collaborative and detail-oriented team member to provide high quality analysis to cross functional stakeholders. We are looking for a strategic self-starter with excellent project management skills who is ready to learn and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and different functions across cultures and time zones. The ideal candidate is a humble, curious, and skilled listener, communicator and relationship-builder.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager / department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilites :
- Analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques. Leverage TikTok user data to empower sales and product development for various stakeholders
- Demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate across functions, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate project progress clearly and promptly.
- Generate and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor brand performance and sentiments.
- Own relationships with various pillar leads to be able to effectively triage incoming requests.
- Build and maintain data pipelines that efficiently handle large-scale data from various sources, ensuring that the stakeholders have access to accurate, up-to-date information.
- Identifies and evaluates the quality of different data sources used for key result / metric calculations. Operationalizes compelling self-service dashboards and tools.
- Reflects on the requirements or directions provided on a project idea to anticipate gaps and provides recommendations for improved delivery
