About the team
TikTok Content Ecosystem team is responsible for the health and prosperity of content&&users&creators to improve DAU in the long term. Our team deeply dives into the following fields : monitor the whole content ecosystem to identify potential challenges and opportunities, optimize traffic distribution & content diversifications, improve creator experience in moderation process and user experience in interactions&comments, and more. We cooperate closely with Machine Learning engineers on model recognition, content understanding, and ranking / recommendation system.
Responsibilities
- Improve TikTok's content ecosystem, identify key issues affecting content supply and consumption experience, ensure the distribution of high-quality content and traffic.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning engineers and data analysts to design and implement ranking / recommendation strategies to achieve business results.
