What You'll Do : - Architect and implement software solutions to enhance engineering productivity, including development tools, automation platforms, and distributed data management systems. - Build scalable infrastructure supporting CI / CD pipelines with real-time system health monitoring and performance optimization capabilities. - Lead development of mission-critical distributed systems with focus on availability, scalability, and operational excellence in cloud-native environments. - Establish engineering best practices through metrics-driven development, automated quality gates, and continuous optimization mechanisms. - Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions through full lifecycle management - from concept design to production deployment and support.Minimum Qualifications : - BS / MS in Computer Science or related technical field from accredited institutions. - 5 years experience building enterprise-grade software systems at scale. - Expert proficiency in distributed system architecture design and modern cloud technologies (AWS / GCP / Azure etc). - Strong programming skills with mastery of multiple languages (Go / Python / Java / C ). - Deep understanding of full-stack development patterns and cloud based software architectures. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience developing infrastructure-level platforms and software development frameworks. - Familiarity with DevOps tools and infrastructure-as-code practices. - Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker / Kubernetes) and service mesh implementations. - Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams. - Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven approach and systems thinking.
