Our ads data platform team work closely with our product managers and data analysts by building state of the art streaming and batch data processing solution. The entire data pipeline is supporting both the Tiktok ads platform and our internal business intelligence platform.
Responsibilities :
- Be both a highly technical, hands-on architect and effective people manager.
- Effectively scale the engineering team by attracting and mentoring extraordinary people at various experience levels to grow a high performing and diverse team.
- Build strong collaboration with product and data science partners, define clear team vision, mission and strategy and explore new opportunities to empower business with scalable data solutions.
