The Brand and Creative team, a global marketing center of excellence, oversees all consumer campaigns to ensure world-class, consistent communications. We're seeking an experienced and talented Creative Director with a copywriting background to join us in Los Angeles.
About the Role
This role will lead creative development for brand and product campaigns globally, with a focus on the Americas, guiding agencies from ideation to production. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, able to clearly articulate ideas and engage in productive debates. Responsibilities
- Creative leadership : serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional internal teams and external creative agencies, providing guidance to ensure high-quality and on-brand deliverables.
- Strategic oversight : collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop compelling creative briefs and execute creative strategies that enhance TikTok's brand trust.
- Copywriting excellence : oversee and refine the copywriting process, ensuring all messaging is clear, engaging, and true to TikTok's voice.
- Brand consistency : maintain consistency in brand messaging across various campaigns and platforms, tailoring content to resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring all ideas align with the brand guidelines.
- Agency collaboration : build strong relationships with creative agencies, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
- Project management : self-manage multiple projects simultaneously, producing efficiently and on schedule.
- Market trends & insights : stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviors to inform creative decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
