As a Prep Cook at Tiki Docks, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products. Your attention to detail and commitment to recipe adherence will make all the difference in providing an unbeatable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and other food products using a range of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List
- Support the success of the Heart of House by ensuring menu items are stocked and prepped according to food safety and recipe standards
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all food preparation areas
- Ensure awareness and adherence to all food safety practices
Requirements:
- Possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification required by state law
- Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
- Must have reliable transportation
