Overview:
As a Full-Time Tiki Server, you’ll bring the island spirit to life by providing exceptional service in a high-energy, tropical environment. Your role is to ensure guests feel the aloha from the moment they sit down to the final sip of their Scorpion Bowl. Fast-paced nights, flaming drinks, and funky tunes are the norm—you thrive in it all.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Guide guests through our food and drink menu with confidence and enthusiasm
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized section throughout service
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and warmth
- Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and back-of-house to create a seamless experience
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Be a vibe ambassador—every shift, every table, every time
Requirements:
- Prior server experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant or bar
- Knowledge of classic and tiki-style cocktails is a big plus
- Ability to multitask, stay cool under pressure, and hustle with a smile
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 and TIPS certified (or willing to get certified)
