Tiki Tatsu-Ya is hiring for bartenders! This is a tipped position plus the hourly wage.
Job Duties:
Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers by taking orders & serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Required Skills/Abilities:
Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
Food Handlers and TABC certificates can be obtained
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Stand on feet for long periods of time
