We pride ourselves in our staff and are willing to provide the guidance, tools, and motivations for our Entry Level Direct Customer Service positions. We have an extensive client list that we brand, advertise, and market, and we see it continuing to grow each quarter! We also pride ourselves on developing our Direct Customer Service Team, which generates daily sales revenue. We interact with various internal departments to fulfill our client's requirements, such as scheduling the advertising, assessing the territories, monitoring account activities, and managing production.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Position :
- Manage and service existing customer relationships through direct and face-to-face interactions
- Answer all potential customer's questions in a professional manner
- Always operate with the highest degree of urgency and care; remembering we are the face for our clients and the services they provide
- Be a problem solver – find creative solutions to issues
- Provide expertise, support and hands-on assistance in all realms of the sales process, making sure customers receive the products that they want, when they want, how they want
