Team Introduction
The Global Revenue Management team is responsible for the revenue contract review of the company's overall business lines.
1. Experience in AR related role;
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical finance requirements to a non-technical audience;
3. Contract review experience preferred;
4. Familiar with the local commercial market environment and customer habits in North America, preferably with experience in digital advertising industries;
5. Great sense of responsibility, high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality;
6. Fast learning ability to learn new software;
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel;
9. Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $68000 - $101000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Team Introduction
The Global Revenue Management team is responsible for the revenue contract review of the company's overall business lines.
- Review and approve sales contracts, especially financial terms, in a timely manner;
- Perform monthly billing process by ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to customers. Including credit note approvals, customer portal uploads, and any other related issues;
- Consistently maintain and update customer files, including name address changes, mergers, or invoice recipients;
- Interact with customers and cross-functional teams regarding invoices, statements and credits to resolve outstanding issues;
- Provide sales team support through our help desk ticket system;
- Partner with corporate engineering teams to optimize billing system and implement new processes for new products;
- Coordinate with collection team to ensure timely payments;
- Work collaboratively with sales operations, legal and sales to drive best practices in OTC (order to cash) procedure;
- Perform other adhoc projects as needed.
