About The Team
The Multimedia Arch team is responsible for user experience optimization and cost optimization for the whole video on demand and live streaming system. We are building intelligence and personalized end-to-end multimedia systems to power the whole Tiktok ecosystem.
We are currently seeking a passionate machine learning engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the product and engineering teams to identify opportunities and improve overall system performance and efficiency by integrating AI algorithms across the entire multimedia system. Your responsibilities will include designing service-side ML systems, implementing ML models, and validating their impact on the overall system through A / B testing.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Develop and optimize audio process algorithms.
2. Implement and integrate audio algorithms into our multimedia architecture.
3. Constantly improve audio experience in our products.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
1. Majors in Computer Science, Digital Signal Processing, Communication, etc.
2. Experience in C / C development and strong hands-on ability.
3. Familiarity with common algorithms for audio signal processing, research or development experience in audio 3A (AEC, AGC, ANC), and strong mathematical skills.
- 4. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, skilled in teamwork and collaboration;
5. Strong learning ability, able to quickly adapt to new environments.
Preferred Qualifications :
1. Experience in AI-based audio algorithms.
2. Experience in performance optimizations or SIMD development.
3. Experience in mobile device development.
