We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Agency Sales to lead and drive our agency sales efforts. This role will report directly into our NA Head of Sales and be based out of our NYC office.
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in the leadership, development, and optimization of scaled sales organizations, experience working closely with or as part of agencies, and the ability to work cross-functionally to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
We are looking for an individual that has a passion for data-backed storytelling to identify business opportunities that help grow revenue and brings intellectual curiosity, energized by a rapid growth environment.
This role requires a dynamic leader who can build and nurture relationships with agencies and direct sales partners, drive revenue growth, and provide exceptional leadership to our agency sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Earn a place as a trusted advisor to our agency partners to uncover and create a pipeline of strategic opportunities that ultimately influence and drive revenue
- Utilize experience to generate thought leadership, drive repeat business and help increase existing direct revenue from our entire agency ecosystem
- Sustain close communication and alignment with clients and US sales leadership to maximize client strategies and foster trust and collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally to identify new strategic, scalable programs and outreach opportunities specifically for agencies
- Lead a high performing team and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Be a creative voice to inspire the team and our clients
- Represent TikTok with distinction at pivotal client and industry events, embodying our brand's values as a delegate and speaker, and establishing a strong presence in the industry's collective consciousness
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, account management and/or product solution selling in collaboration with or for agencies
- 5 years of leadership experience, experience managing and mentoring managers as well as individual contributors preferred
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital/mobile marketing, with preferred experience of self-serve platforms, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
- Leadership experience engaging and influencing at an executive level with cross-functional groups within a fast-growing organization
- Previous experience managing agency relationships or programs at a platform
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data-driven, capable of in-depth data interpretation
- Proven track record of building, developing and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Strong executive presence and ability to remain calm under pressure

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $170000 - $320000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
